Custom sheet metal fabrication and assembly services are performed on our clean fabrication shop equipped with modern machinery. With solid modeling capability, we ensure that many parameters, such as fit between assemblies and formability, comply strictly with customer provided specifications. This compliance check also eliminates the need for any further machining of the parts.
Our fabrication capabilities include manufacturing parts from stainless steel, aluminum, cold rolled steel, galvanized, or plastic material. Around 90% of the plastics that we fabricate are for the lighting industry, mostly as lenses for lights. Highly polished (98% polished) aluminum is used to make reflectors for light applications.
From laser cutting to robotic forming, our fabrication operations are performed efficiently to meet the exact requirements of specific applications. For example, precision bending is ensured while manufacturing light reflectors, as the angle of reflection determines better illumination. We have dedicated cells for laser cutting, bending, welding, finishing, punching and shearing, as well as quality control. This neat arrangement of our shop without any congestion streamlines the entire fabrication process in one direction, ensuring high quality fabricated products.
Assembly services are provided on special request from the customer. For instance, if a customer from the lighting industry needs an assembly light housing, marking to be done with stickers, or punching operations, we can deliver them. We serve the automation, lighting, automotive, and government- defense sectors, refurbishment camps, fire department, and emergency response service sectors. Working for a diverse range of industries, we meet all clean room specifications for medical, as well as qualifications/certifications for defense and government sectors.
