We provide MIG, TIG, and spot welding services for demanding medical, automotive, as well as defense applications. Our AWS certified welders are experienced in offering welding solutions for precision metal parts manufactured from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
The Lincoln Invertec STT II MIG welder at our job shop allows us to offer cost effective welding solutions at quick travel speeds. For high quality precision welding operations, we make use of our Miller Dynasty 200DX TIG welder that can handle parts with thicknesses up to 1/4". The self diagnostic feature of our 80 KVA Amada spot welder ensures the superior finish quality of the processed parts. To enhance the appearance and corrosion resistance properties of the welded work pieces, we make use of our Walter Surfox 101 weld-cleaning machine.
