Multi-axis CNC press brakes and a robotic bending cell at our job shop enable us to consistently manufacture formed sheet metal parts suitable for challenging applications. Precision formed parts can be fabricated from a range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel, based on your specific application needs. Our extensive CNC forming capabilities allow us to stretch, bend, deep draw, emboss, bulge, and flange parts to close tolerances. The Astro 100MHE robotic bending cell at our facility handles both high and low volume forming tasks to fabricate parts, with a repeatable accuracy of ±0.004”.
Based on your specific material strength, material thickness, and application requirements, our skilled press brake operators will program unique bend sequences and instructions required to run the robotic bending cell. Our CNC press brakes with as many as eight axis back gauges allow us to handle a wide range of forming operations involving complex, tapered bends and multiple bend sequences. We maximize our production efficiency by matching parts to appropriate press brakes.
Our mechanical engineers are experienced in effectively using CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and Merry Mechanization SMP/IS. We make use of certified measurement equipment such as calipers, height gauges, granite tables, and pin gauges for ensuring the high quality of your precision formed metal fabrications.
