As a one-stop shop for sheet metal fabrication services, we perform hardware insertion operations for sheet metal parts used in a number of industries, including medical, automotive, and defense. Hardware insertion services are offered for the installation of a variety of components, including PEM nuts, standoffs, and studs. Modern punching and laser cutting machines at our facility pierce precision holes for easy hardware insertion.
Our hardware insertion cell is equipped with a number of insertion machines, ranging from manual insertion equipment to semi-automatic hardware insertion machines such as our PEM Series 2000 hardware insertion press with auto feed capabilities. Besides our insertion presses, we are also equipped with a riveting machine that has automatic feed features and a FlexArm tapping machine.
