We provide laser-cutting services from the lightest gauge to 3/8” of aluminum and several types of steel through a 24/7 automated operation. All laser cutting systems are integrated with the design software, and this ensures quick as well as accurate translation of our client designs into laser operation. As a value added service, we also undertake the assembly of laser-cut parts.
Our fully-automated Amada 4500-watt liner drive laser is used to cut a wide range of materials including stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, and acrylic. Its ability to use magnetic force to accelerate head to 5G makes it the industry's fastest laser. The automated loading/unloading, combined with the fast and powerful laser head, results in quick turnaround of each customer's order with precise tolerance.
Repositioning options in our Amada 2415 2000 W pulsar lasers facilitate the use of different tools ensuring easier cutting of a variety of shapes on materials. Hard, soft, and brittle material substrates, including cold rolled steel, stainless steel, lexan, acrylic, and nomex can be cut to precision on our lasers.Highly polished (98% polished) aluminum is used to make reflectors for light applications.
